夏天不要只喝啤酒,雖然喝了真的很舒爽,但是啤酒太涼,容易過敏的也不適合喝太多。 在家裡偶爾準備個幾種基本酒類就可以玩出很多花樣。
我們不是要出國比賽,所以比例大家自己按照喜愛增減就可以~ ............................ Vodka伏特加 2oz Dita荔枝酒 1oz 現榨柑橘類 100c.c. 檸檬 半顆 漬檸檬 一片 漬檸檬漿 一湯匙 冰鎮櫻桃 一顆 (去籽) 冰塊 少許 (因為有酒鬼,所以酒的比例比較多) ............................
將液體類和冰塊放入搖搖杯中,濾掉冰塊,將液體倒入杯中 擠入檸檬汁,攪拌幾圈後放入漬檸檬片,再將櫻桃切半不切斷,擠出少許紅色汁液在表面然後掛在旁邊。 在家裡不開冷氣喝個冰鎮的調酒自然涼也是很環保啊!
