前陣子印尼朋友家人來訪,指名要吃台灣的「唻積」,很像阿罵時代的發音。 大家都搶著要吃乃基,也不要一不小心吃太多流鼻血,所以我們來做成ㄉㄨㄞ ㄉㄨㄞ果凍當成飯後甜點吧。 ............................. 荔枝 數顆(剝皮去籽) 檸檬 一顆 冰糖少許 蘭姆酒 一湯匙 水 800g (8人份) 洋菜粉 10g (也可以用吉利丁,分量參照吉利丁自己的說明)
將洋菜粉和冰糖倒入水中加熱,其間不停攪拌,煮滾後加入檸檬汁和蘭姆酒,攪拌均勻。
荔枝去籽後放入模具中,加上一片薄荷葉,倒入攪拌均勻的果凍液體。 .............................. 稍涼後放入冰箱冷卻,吃完晚飯後就可以嗑掉一份啦!
酸酸的檸檬配上甜甜的乃基和微香的蘭姆酒,將將好。
