[雙豆水羊羹。夏日清涼小點]

最適合配茶的小點,第一個就會想到羊羹。 羊羹很多種,在日本水羊羹是夏日最大賣的其ㄧ,比傳統羊羹多了Q度和清涼的口感,甜度也較低。 最近也是三伏天的節氣,最適合吃點紅綠黑豆等來去濕氣喔。
先將雙色豆泡水ㄧ晚,水倒掉後加滿新鮮的水,大同電鍋外鍋加兩杯水,煮至雙豆軟嫩卻還是保留豆子外觀。
將寒天粉65克加上五百c.c的水和冰糖,煮滾。要記得不時的攪拌均勻。
將煮好的雙豆ㄧ部分壓成泥,再混著另一部份完整顆粒雙豆加入寒天中。
最後到入模型中,放入冰箱後就可以翹著二郎腿等著週末下午茶時間的到來囉!
