起床後到底要吃什麼呢?熊熊想到廚櫃裡有從小日本帶回來的ㄧ蘭拉麵!! 雖然真的可以懷念ㄧ蘭的味道,但只有麵和湯,感覺就是少了什麼啊⋯但又很懶怎麼辦!?
冰箱內還有玉米筍,還有桂竹筍,現在要滷三天三夜也來不及,來個快速滷法吧~
將醬油和米酒和糖沾滿玉米筍和桂竹筍,放入小烤箱,下火烤到醬汁邊緣冒泡,再轉上下火ㄧ起烤到稍微收汁。 就這樣,這時麵也煮好了。拿出常備品:糖心蛋!(平常醃好蛋的好處阿超開心) 全部只要15分鐘內!懶到ㄧ個極致,也好吃到ㄧ個極致!! 超有ㄧ蘭味的啊~
