有時候吃飯就是要吃的心情好,七分飽就好。 荷包蛋除了夾吐司,夾漢堡,一口單吃,也可以變成小食的主角慢活著吃。 將蛋雙面煎至六七分熟,中間蛋黃還在蛋白底下咕嚕軟滑的流動。 滴幾滴醬油,撒點胡椒增加味蕾的刺激,淋一點橄欖汁放顆橄欖增加鮮味,撒點香料烘燕麥增加堅果的香氣,擠上一坨日式清爽美乃滋,增加酸味,最後佐上一片鹹味杏仁餅(或其他鹹味餅乾)增加適當的碳水化合物。
將餅乾劃開蛋白,沾著軟滑的蛋黃一口口的慢食。稍稍填飽肚子,配上現打果汁也是很清爽無負擔的吃法喔。
